- The only thing that nerves me about this 3 points is you
- can't add a gfx-card. Don't care about the other stuff,
- I'm not one of those "need 9 serial ports" people ;)
-
- I also could now blah about the PCMCIA port, but, who knows,
- it would be a place to conect a gfx-card. Just plug in some
- VGA chips. Not much transfer speed from cpu, but with a blitter
- present working on WB would be nice.
- You rather need a gfx-card for a shres-wb than for gaming...

- But at least it's the only AGA amiga with 7mb/sec chipbandwidth ;)
- dunno about A4000/030...
-
- Also I consider a A1230 cheaper and mem wise faster than a A4000.

-
- mhm yeah if they weren't that damn expensive. If I buy a vanilla A4000
- I got nothing. But already payed AFAIK more than for a A1200+Blizzard1230.
- Then I need a cpu board (to keep up with the blizzard). Again $ for another
- A1200 gone. Then a gfx-card (to become real ami.) Thank goodnes I read
- they also can do 50Hz output...
-
- Amis need new boards, the A4000 seems to need an update even more.
-
- An extended A1200 howerver does still quite good for its price.
