- Perhaps it would help if someone explained what the legal problem is.
- I guess I was under the impression the AT purchased all of the former
- Commodore's intellectual property, and thus anything with a Commodore
- copyright is now owned by Amiga Technologies. As the legal owner, AT
- should simply be able to do whatever they want with the NDK materials.
-
- I think the solution that most people are looking for is that AT makes
- all the non sensitive and generally publically available material
- (like include files, runtime object files, etc) freely available via
- ftp and their web site. It makes sense to keep some material
- developer confidential (and require a non disclosure for access), such
- as info about future products or details about the inner workings of
- components, that developers can use to help understand the higher level
- interfaces.
