  20. It's not the site Matt, I grabbed it with AWeb just a couple of days
  21. ago and got it within 5 or 6 minutes (over an 28k8 line) It looks like
  22. the wires between you and that side are hosed somewhere. Why don't you
  23. try doing a traceroute to that site? Maybe that will show where that
  24. bottleneck is...
