  19. To clear this up.. values defined in the includes will *never* be changed..
  20. cause they're defined. I know some get confused by this. But, it's better to
  21. remember the value /names/ than the actual numbers, that's also why you use
  22. includes. If something changes to be incompatible there will be made a new
  23. function like OpenLibrary() replacing the OldOpenLibrary(), tho, the function
  24. offsets and includes aren't changed.
