  16. I think if you use 8 bitplanes superhires this will easily eat up all
  17. available bus cycles. just remember you've got to write the quadruple
  18. amount of data to chip mem to get the same resolution as lowres 2x1/2x2
  19. and with ql c2p's you even get goot results coz of pipelining so they
  20. don't take up much processor time as they are converting while processor's
  21. busy writing long words to chipmem...
