  13. I just noticed a strange quirk with SAS/C SE 6.56: When the maximum
  14. number of files is loaded, requesting another one by double-clicking
  15. on it or pressing <return> in the message browser just inserts the 
  16. file name into the active window. This even happens when the file
  17. is already being edited, effectively wasting one window.

  19. Does this qualify as a bug? (Not that it is too serious...)
