- It is, now I dislike MUI (even the 3.2 version) an awful lot but you don't need
- to register to run MUI v3 programs - the defaults are fine and the important stuff
- can be changed if you want. If you don't want to upgrade you don't have to - the
- best thing would be if people stopped using MUI of course (dons asbestos suit) :-)
