  12. This is a semi-regular reminder about the existence of a listserver group
  13. for ACE, a FreeWare Amiga BASIC compiler.

  19. The purposes of this group are:
  20.  
  21.     - To provide a forum for the discussion of any matter relating
  22.       to the use of ACE BASIC: the language, its compiler, graphical 
  23.       front-end (AIDE) and GUI creator (ReqEd). 
  24.  
  25.     - To facilitate the rapid dispersal of information pertaining 
  26.       to bugs and bug fixes.
  27.  
  28.     - To guarantee that you keep up with the latest on: updates, 
  29.       new versions and example ACE programs.
  30.  
  31.     - To share programming techniques and code with others. 
  32.  
  33.     - Anything else deemed relevant to the development of ACE.
  34.  
  35. You can subscribe to the list by sending a message to:

  39. The message should consist of one line in the following format:

  41.     subscribe ace <your name> 
  42.  
  43. For example, if I were to subscribe (which I already have :), the following
  44. message would do the trick:

  48. You will automatically be sent a message giving information about how to 
  49. use the discussion list.

  51. Note that I will still post major announcements re: new ACE versions and 
  52. updates to the newsgroup comp.sys.amiga.programmer (as well as to the list).
