- 1: Accessing hardware directly is not a reason for killing the OS.

- optional).

- increase than accessing hardware directly.

- too fast.

- 5: Amigas are all different speeds. The speed difference between
- direct hardware access and OS calls is probably less than adding
- fastmem or stepping up one processor type.
