  11. Does anyone know of a way to access a file that is already 'used' by 
  12. another program. What I want to do is write a picture viewer BUT I want 
  13. to access a picture that is being downloaded. So it must be able to read 
  14. the file that is opened by the modem software and not crash when it gets 
  15. to the part that isn't downloaded yet. Any comments ideas?
