- Does anyone know of a way to access a file that is already 'used' by
- another program. What I want to do is write a picture viewer BUT I want
- to access a picture that is being downloaded. So it must be able to read
- the file that is opened by the modem software and not crash when it gets
- to the part that isn't downloaded yet. Any comments ideas?
-
- thanks in advance,
- Rod Jackson
