- He thinks about SetOPen() and SetWrMask() which were macros but which
- are limited to 8bit quantities. The functions SetOutlinePen() and
- SetWriteMask() use 32bit quantities.

- BltPattern renders a rectangle or arbitrarily shaped mask. If you
- want to render a shape with different patterns or colors it is faster
- to render a mask first and then use BltPattern to render the mask
