  19.  Cost increasing is not necessary.Just look at what Mr. Fish is
  20.  working on (ADE): a development enviroenment based on GNU products.
  21.  AT could license ADE and develop it further and then sell it
  22.  with every new Amiga;many users are interested in C programming!
