- Anyway if the files are saved on Amiga disks then you have a bit
- of a problem since neither the Mac nor Pc can read those.
- But , if you can get hold of an Amiga it can (with suitable software)
- read and write Pc-disks which both the Mac and Pc can read.
-
- The next problem is the file format (assuming you can get the file to
- another computer), I don't know what format Viza-Write used, but if
- they are saved as plain ASCII there shouldn't be too many problems.
- Otherwise you will probably have to get hold of a copy of Viza-Write
- and an Amiga to save them as plain ASCII.
- Now the Mac, MS-DOS and Amiga all uses difeerent versions of ASCII
- so many letters will come out wrong. On the other hand
- Microsoft Windows uses the same version as Amiga (ISO 8859-1 aka Latin-1)
- so it shouldn't be to hard to find programs on Mac/PC that can handle it.
-
- Hope this helps.
