- Amiga Technologies confirm or deny this. It would seem pretty strange
- to me that in buying the assets of a bankrupt company that the buyer
- would also inherit all the previous owner's legal baggage.

- I think it is interesting to compare how easy it is to get current
- developer materials from Be Inc and from Amiga Technologies. For the
- former, you only have to visit their web site. Based on the
- availability of developer materials and the excitement and enthusiam
- exhibited at Be's first developer conference last weekend, it seems Be
- Inc is obviously interested in acquiring and helping new developers,
- but I'm not so sure yet about AT.
