  20. Hmm, did they really?  I don't know and I've never seen anyone from
  21. Amiga Technologies confirm or deny this.  It would seem pretty strange
  22. to me that in buying the assets of a bankrupt company that the buyer
  23. would also inherit all the previous owner's legal baggage.

  29. I think it is interesting to compare how easy it is to get current
  30. developer materials from Be Inc and from Amiga Technologies.  For the
  31. former, you only have to visit their web site.  Based on the
  32. availability of developer materials and the excitement and enthusiam
  33. exhibited at Be's first developer conference last weekend, it seems Be
  34. Inc is obviously interested in acquiring and helping new developers,
  35. but I'm not so sure yet about AT.
