  17. It means that each time the checksum wraps around (i.e. an overflow
  18. occurs) 1 (the carry bit) is added to it. So the bootblock checksum is
  19. such that the sum of all longwords in the bootblock (including the
  20. checksum), plus a 1 for each time a wraparound occurs, is 0xFFFFFFFF.
