  15. FolderOpen is a small program that can open a folder from the command line,
  16. it can open as many folders as specified. It will also bring the last folder
  17. specified to the foreground by default, but can be turned off allowing the open
  18. folder to remain in the background.

  33. fo c: d: will open the default view of drive c: and d: and bring d: to the foregound.
