  2. PRICE/LICENSE INFORMATION

  5. There are 2 different license types for ICF, the Single-Copy License and the
  6. Company License.
  7.

  9. ICF Single-Copy License
  10. -----------------------
  11. This license grants you usage of one physical copy of ICF. This copy can
  12. be used "standalone" (passed on a floppy disk from one PC to another) OR
  13. on a file server, in which case it can be used by all PC's that have
  14. access to that server! The cost is $110.
  15.  
  16. The Single-Copy License covers DOS or OS/2, but not both. Please
  17. indicate which version you want when you order. If no indication is
  18. made, the DOS version will be sent.
  19.  
  20. Some examples: 1) If you have a single file server with 40 PC's
  21. accessing it, one single-copy license will license all 40 PC's to access
  22. ICF at any time. 2) If you have one file server and standalone PC's in 2
  23. remote locations, you would need 3 licenses - 1 for the file server and
  24. 1 for each remote location.

  26. If you want to save a few dollars, you can purchase a Single-Copy License
  27. through Compuserve's Shareware Registration Service for $90. In return
  28. for saving $20, you do not receive a printed manual. Upon notification of
  29. your registration, we will Email you the latest executable for the ICF
  30. program. When you order via Compuserve, your account is charged for the
  31. purchase price. To use this service, from any ! prompt GO SWREG. Register
  32. for product ID #454.

  35. ICF Single Company License
  36. --------------------------
  37. This license grants unlimited use of ICF throughout a company. A
  38. "company" is treated in the legal sense - other reporting units that
  39. exist as separate corporate entities would not be covered under the same
  40. company license. The cost is $1500. Purchasers of the Company License
  41. receive both the DOS and OS/2 versions of ICF.

  43. If you are a service company, consultant, etc., with the responsibility
  44. of auditing other firms and/or performing other asset management
  45. services, please contact us. We offer significant discounts which save
  46. from the cost of purchasing individual company licenses for clients.

  49. Other Configurations
  50. --------------------
  51. Other configurations are available, including full corporate-wide
  52. licensing. Please send requests for information to Compuserve Email

  66. An order may be placed using one of the following methods.

  68. Compuserve Shareware Registration service

  70. A Single-Copy License of ICF can be automatically charged to your
  71. Compuserve account by using the Compuserve Shareware Registration
  72. service. To get there, type GO SWREG at any ! prompt. Then select
  73. the menu item to register for software, and enter ID 454. Upon
  74. receipt of notification we will Email your account the latest copy
  75. of ICF along with on-disk documentation. As always, we are
  76. available for technical support via Compuserve at 70274,46.

  80. A Single-Copy License or Company License can be purchased by check
  81. drawn on US funds.
