  8. 0. Throughout this license,  the terms "FreeType project", "FreeType
  9.    engine", "FreeType  library" and "FreeType archive"  refer to the
  10.    set of files originally distributed by the authors (David Turner,
  11.    Robert Wilhelm, and Werner Lemberg) as the "FreeType project", be
  12.    they named as alpha, beta or final release.

  14.    "You" refers to the licensee,  or person using the project, where
  15.    "using"  is  a generic  term  including  compiling the  project's
  16.    source  code  as  well as  linking  it  to  form a  "program"  or

  42.    GNU Public License (LGPL).  A copy of the LGPL should be found in

  46.    possible, a different license  exists for freeware and commercial
  47.    developers  who  do  not  wish  to use  the  LGPL-ed  release  of
  48.    FreeType.   This  license  can  be  obtained  by  contacting  the
  49.    authors.  But  please note  that we do  not encourage you  to use
  50.    FreeType in your products before its final release.
