Elapsed was written by me (dan holmes) as my first program in C for OS/2 PM. It just shows how long the computer has been running in hours:minutes:seconds.
It also requires emx.
There are two command line parameters. The first one is the X position and the second is the Y position. For example "elapsed 860 680" will start the program in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Position (0,0) is at the lower left.
