Auto Launch V1.04 (c) Copyright 1995-1996 Keystone Software Corp.
Author: Louis LaBrunda, Keystone Software Corp.
Registration: $30.00 -- $36.00 Through CompuServe SWReg ID: 5896
Since Auto Launch is sold as shareware it may be distributed by anyone
as long as it is complete and no more than a reasonable media fee is
charged.
Auto Launch is a Program Launch Scheduling system for OS/2 Warp.
It maintains a database of Launch requests. Launch requests specify
program, launch date/time, parameters, rescheduling, OS/2 Start command
and other options. Use Drag & Drop to specify launch requests.
A note to FixPack 17 users. FixPack 17 contains a bug that interferes
with the proper display of some windows. The Auto Launch "Information"
and "Registration" windows are sometimes affected by this bug. World
Clock seems to work fine otherwise. I believe FixPack 22 addresses this
problem and if not I hope Merlin does. In the mean time, if you have a
problem entering your registration code, I will send you a small Rexx
program to register your copy.
A note to Warp Connect users. Warp Connect & Server seem to have a problem
posting "Change" events for Spin-Buttons. This can cause problems where
Spin-Buttons are used in Auto Launch. A fix is expected in FixPack 23.
IBM doesn't make all FixPacks available to the general public. Since
FixPack 22 is generally available, 23 probably won't be. You may have to
look around for FixPack 23 or ask IBM about it or just the Spin-Button fix.

Installation:
This program requires the latest version of VRObj.DLL, Watcom's VXRexx
runtime DLL. It maybe found as VRObj21D.Zip on BBS's. This program nor
the Install program can run without it. If you don't have it, download
it, and unzip it and ALnch104.Zip in a temporary folder(directory). If
you already have VRObj.DLL you don't need to get it again and you don't
need to put it into the temporary folder. The Install program will
complain that it can't find it, but it will continue to work.
You can find the latest version of Auto Launch in the IBM OS/2 Users Forum
on CompuServe (Go OS2USER). Your registration code will work with all V1.x
versions of Auto Launch.
The install process is designed to run from a diskette or a temporary
folder. If you are installing from a diskette, just run the install
program and pass the diskette on to a friend. If you are installing
from a temporary folder, (you expanded a compressed file), run the
install program from there. When the install program asks for a folder
to install into, don't install into the temporary folder. The install
program will explain more about directories used. After installation,
you can delete the files in the temporary folder. You can keep the
compressed files and pass them along to a friend. Enjoy this Keystone
Software Corp. product, and please remember to register, if you like it.
