  25. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  27.    Orders typically require 2 - 3 business days processing time before
  28.    shipment, and may take more or less depending on our order backlog.
  29.    All shipping and delivery times may vary during peak upgrade periods.

  31.    Rates for shipments outside the U.S. are based on total weight, as
  32.    shown in the table below.  The numbers in parentheses show the typical
  33.    time from shipment to delivery, in days.  Please contact us for orders
  34.    over 10 pounds.

  52.    STANDARD shipping is via mail-based services (Air Mail, Air Parcel
  53.    Post, or Fedex mail drop service).  Delivery times vary significantly
  54.    depending on destination and local mail service.

  56.       PLEASE NOTE:  Standard service is not traceable and can NOT be
  57.       used to ship non-JP Software products (Partition Magic, Boxer,
  58.       REXX, etc.).  For these products use Express service (Canadian
  59.       customers can also contact us for information on UPS Ground
  60.       shipping for non-JP Software products).

  62.    EXPRESS shipping is via Federal Express to most countries, and via
  63.    Express Mail or another similar service to locations where FedEx
  64.    rates are unusually high.  Delivery times are generally short and
  65.    reliable.  This service can be used for any product.

  67.    If you receive international shipments via a freight forwarder in the
  68.    U.S. please include both your address and the U.S. shipping address,
  69.    and use the U.S. rate chart on the order form.

  74.    If you are ordering from outside the U.S. please check the list of
  75.    international dealers below.  Purchasing through these dealers can
  76.    save you the delay and inconvenience involved in dealing with
  77.    currency conversions and international shipping, and provide you with
  78.    a local source for support and service.
