  3. This is my fourth porting of SOX SOund eXchanger to OS/2 2.x.
  4. This is for OS/2 2.x *ONLY*.  It will not run under os/2 1.x.
  5. The executable is named 'soxos2.exe'.
  6.  
  7. This is SOX version 6.0.  This port should be completely clean.
  8. It knows how to handle many sound file formats, and long (HPFS)
  9. filenames.  I had some problems with C SET/2 and the
  10. optimizations.
