  1. QuickView registration information
  2. ----------------------------------

  4. QuickView is distributed as shareware. You are welcome to test QuickView
  5. without charge for an evaluation period of three weeks. If you continue to
  6. use it after the trial period, you are obligated to register by paying a
  7. license fee. If you like and use this program then please register.
  8.  
  9. When you register, you'll get:
  10. - Latest registered version of QuickView, with reference to "unregistered"
  11.   removed, plus any enhancements that have been added since this version
  12.   was released. You will receive your version on disk via snail mail or via
  13.   email (don't forget to give your email address!). In the latter case you
  14.   can save the money for shipping and handling of course.
  15. - Further functions (see QV.TXT)
  16. - Free support from the author via email.
  17. - Notification of updates through email.
  18. - Avoid that feeling of GUILT!

  20. All updates are free (except disk, shipping and handling) provided the
  21. registration fee hasn't changed. You can also send me a floppy disk with
  22. a self-addressed and stamped mailer from within Germany (please include
  23. sufficient funds in International Postage Coupons, otherwise) or you can
  24. request it via email.

  26. A QuickView registration is only valid for use on a single CPU. If you want
  27. to use QuickView on several computers you must register it for each one.

  30. For a student version you must send a certificate that you are a student.
  31. A commercial use of this version is not allowed.

  33. Please ask for the conditions of
  34. - Multiple licences and site licenses.
  35. - Dealer pricing.
  36. - Special versions tailored to your application.
  37.   One modification could be a Multimedia presentation program including AVI
  38.   without Windows! This might be interesting for business.

  43. How to register:

  45. You will find a complete order form in the file "ORDER.FRM". Load it into
  46. any text editor and complete the form or print it first and complete it
  47. manually (If you do so please write legibly). You can print the form by
  48. typing "copy order.frm prn" at the DOS prompt. If you don't have a printer
  49. write everything manually on a sheet.

  51. Mail the completed form together with a check, cash (for details see
  52. below) to:

  59. If a new version will be released within a few weeks I will wait with the
  60. delivery of your registered version till then. If you'd like to get it
  61. immediately please note this on the registration form. If you give an email
  62. address you will be notified when your registration arrives.

  65. Payment:

  67. There are several possibilities:
  68. - Cash: Either in DM (Deutsche Mark) or Dollars ($US).
  69. - Eurocheque (inside Europe). The amount must be in DM.
  70. - Cheque drawn to a German bank. The amount must be in DM.
  71. - Foreign cheque in US$
  72. - International Postal Money Order. You go to your local post office and
  73.   tell them: I want to send Wolfgang Hesseler in Germany xx Deutschmarks.
  74.   They will give you a form to fill out, the postal clerk will look at the
  75.   conversion table and you will pay the equivalent in your own currency.
  76.   Some days later my postman brings me the money.
  77. - Bank money transfer. Please ask for details.
