  13.                       N - added option for stoping encoder or CD-grabber

  18.                       F - input file was deleted if CTRL+BREAK was pressed

  36.                       F - some settings were not read corecctly from INIfile
  37.                       F - selected mode is now remebered and corectlly set
  38.                           when unchecking MSRIFF switch
  39.                       F - now ignores ERROR 457, which is not fatal and
  40.                           only disturbs the user
