  2.                    DSMI/2 LICENSE AGREEMENT AND COPYRIGHT NOTICE

  6. Digital Sound & Music Interface for OS/2 (hereafter DSMI/2) is
  7. protected by US and international copyright laws. Making any copies
  8. of it is considered a copyright violation with one exception. You
  9. may take copies for archival purposes to protect your investment
  10. from loss. You may not sell or give away this product.

  12. This license guarantees you the right to test and evaluate DSMI/2 with
  13. your software. The evaluation period lasts 90 days, starting at the
  14. date you install DSMI/2. After this period, you must either delete all
  15. your copies of DSMI/2 or contact the author, Julien Pierre, to get a
  16. non-commercial or commercial DSMI license, whichever applies to you.

  18. You may not distribute any of the source code or object
  19. libraries included in the package with your software.
  20. The example programs are for educational purposes only and may not be
  21. sold or given away.

  23. The included source code may be edited anyway you wish, but
  24. original copyright notices must remain in the code.

  26. You are prohibited to disassembly or reverse-engineer the
  27. code in this package.

  29. DSMI/2 is provided as is and author disclaims all other warranties
  30. including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness for a
  31. particular purpose.

  34. any other commercial damage, including but not limited to
