  3. PMCD2WAV  is shareware. You are allowed to test and use this program for
  4. 30 days. After this period you must register your copy, if you want to continue to 
  5. use it. This 30 day period applies only to versions 2.x and above.
  6.  
  7. You may distribute the shareware version of PMCD2WAV, either through
  8. electronic media e.g. BBS's or on diskettes. You may charge for the
  9. distribution, but not more than $2. You may distribute only the complete
  10. and unaltered archive as supplied by the author.

  12. You may install the registered version on more than one machine. However, you
  13. must make sure that it is only used on one machine at a time. As soon as one license 
  14. is used on more than one machine at a time, you need additional licenses.

  16. The author does not guarantee for the correctness of the program. The author
  17. also may not be held responsible for any loss of data or other damages caused by
  18. the use of PMCD2WAV. The author does not guarantee that the program can be used for a
  19. specific purpose.

  21. If you like to distribute the program in conjunction with commercial software
  22. or hardware ("bundling"), you must have a written permission of the author
  23. to do so.

  25. If PMCD2WAV is to be included in a collection of other freeware or
  26. shareware programs on CD-ROM or diskette, written permission by the author is required
  27. and a free copy of the cd rom has to be send to the author as a proof of the shareware concept.

  29. If you aquired this licence to update a licence for a previous version,
  30. the licence for the previous version thereby expires.
  31.  
  32. A licence always is a version licence, i.e. it is valid for all versions
  33. of the program that have the same major version number. You need to
  34. aquire a new licence when the new version has a major version number that
  35. is different from that of the older version.
  36.  
  37. You're not allowed to give a registration key to third parties.
  38.  
  39. If you distribute this program in compressed form ("archived"), you must use
  40. a format that supports long file names and extended attributes.
  41.  
  42. Program Versions that are explicitely labeled "BETA" are NOT to be put on any CD ROM nor are 
  43. they to be sold for ANY AMOUNT of money.
