  6.  *             Looks like the patched expire.exe is working now.
  7.  *             By trying to fix the one bug, I accidently created
  8.  *             another.  I redefined the stat buffer as a nonpointer,
  9.  *             which keeps it from crashing.  Now, I just need to
  10.  *             test it out for a few days to make sure it actually
  11.  *             solves the problem.

  13.  * 11 Aug 97:  Finally got around to fixing the dbz log so that it
  14.  *             actually writes to "Spool\dbz.log" instead of the
  15.  *             default "UUPC\extended.log".  Improved logging so
  16.  *             that debug level 5 will log all of the transactions
  17.  *             that dbz could/could not make.

  19.  * Version .002:

  21.  * 9 Aug 97:   Added lock file mechanism so program would not run when
  22.  *             UUXQT is already running.  Changed and added more exit
  23.  *             codes:  1 means not found (-x and -m switches only).
  24.  *             A "not found" for -m really means that it is not missing.
  25.  *             When using -x, the program now spits back the key and the
  26.  *             entries!  This is not a minor change, and may break some
  27.  *             programs.
