  45. Installing Postgres SQL Server Personal Edition
  46. -------------------------
  47.    Put the contents of PGSQL\ETC directory in your ETC directory.
  48.    if you haven't an ETC directory, set ETC environment variable
  49.    with a directory name in your config.sys and reboot:
  50.    SET ETC=x:\PGSQL\ETC
  51.    where x: is a drive where Postgres is installed.
  52.    In passwd file: user postgres, password postgres
  53.    After install, in CONFIG.SYS invert x:\PGSQL\LIB with x:/PGSQL/LIB
  54.    After install, in CONFIG.SYS invert x:\PGSQL\DATA with x:/PGSQL/DATA
