  6. OS2CAT is a shareware 32bit OS/2 PM- program to catalog files on
  7. every media supported by OS/2.
  8. You can write comments for every file and every disk in your catalog
  9. and search for any string.

  11. I have had not much time in the last weeks for this project. I really
  12. wanted to release Version 1.0 in February but there are some Problems
  13. with reading archive- files (ZIP etc.).
  14.  
  15. I received many suggestions and registerations. So I decided to give
  16. the people another Beta- Version (0.99). This Version is not 1.0
  17. because there is no help, no printing and archive reading is disabled
  18. because there are many bugs. I hope I can add this things in the
  19. next weeks and release V1.0 at the beginning of April.

  37. configuration (hardware and software).

  44. You are granted a license to try this shareware program for up to
  45. 14 days, after which you must register or discontinue its use.
  46. Permission is granted to redistribute the unaltered shareware archive
  47. for a reasonable (read nominal, small) copying charge. OS2CAT may
  48. specifically not be packaged with a book without requesting and
  49. obtaining permission (common courtesy).  All rights are reserved by me,

  54. When you register, you will receive the registration code for OS2CAT.
  55. This code disables the warning message and the !_OS2CAT_! entrys in the
  56. the disk- container. The registration fee is DM30,-  . Please don't send
  57. me checks from foreign countries with less then DM200,- because I have to
  58. pay a big charge to cash it. So if you find at least 7 users that want
  59. to register together, then checks are no problem. Otherwise send me DM30,-
  60. cash in a registered letter, please.

  62. I decided not to send Disks to every registered user, until there are
  63. special requests, because the latest version of OS2CAT will be available
  64. on many BBS's and FTP sides.

  66. If you want to receive disks please add DM4,- for every disk
  67. and I will send you the latest version on floppy- disk.
