  1.                       LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before
  4. using this software package. Your use of this package indicates your
  5. acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  7. LICENSE: Computer Interface Corporation grants you a non-exclusive
  8. license to use this software product (the æProgramÆ) subject to the
  9. terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement. You are
  10. responsible for the selection of the Program to achieve your intended
  11. results, and for the installation, use, and results obtained from the
  12. Program.

  14. COPYRIGHT: This Program is owned by Computer Interface Corporation and
  15. is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty
  16. provisions. You must treat the Program like other copyrighted material
  17. with the following exception: Under this license Agreement, you may
  18. make archival copies of the Program for the sole purpose of having a
  19. backup copy. You may not copy the documentation which accompanies the
  20. Program.

  22. RESTRICTIONS ON USE AND TRANSFER: It is illegal to make copies of the
  23. Program except for backup purposes. It is illegal to give copies to
  24. another person, or to duplicate the Program by any other means,
  25. including electronic transmission. You may not decompile, reverse
  26. engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Program to human
  27. perceivable form. You may not modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease,
  28. or create derivative works based upon the Program or any part thereof.

  30. You may transfer all of your rights to the Program to another party if
  31. the other party accepts the terms and conditions of this License agreement.
  32. If you transfer the Program, you must also transfer the documentation and
  33. all copies of the Program (or destroy those copies not transferred) to the
  34. other party. If the Program is an update, any transfer must include the
  35. update and all prior versions. Such Transfer terminates your license to
  36. use the Program.

  38. NETWORK USE: A single copy of the Program may be used on a network by
  39. multiple users but each user of the Program must have their own license
  40. to the Program. Additional licenses are available from Computer Interface
  41. Corporation.

  43. COMPUTER INTERFACE CORPORATIN GRANTS NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
  44. IMPLIED, BY STATUE OR OTHERWISE, REGARDING THE USE OF THIS PROGRAM AND
  45. RELATED MATERIALS, THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE, THEIR QUALITY, THEIR
  46. MERCHANTABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. THE LIABILITY OF COMPUTER INTERFACE
  47. CORPORATION UNDER THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE SHALL BE LIMITED TO
  48. THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
  49. COMPUTER INTERFACE CORPORATION BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING
  50. LOST PROFITS, LOST BENEFITS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
  51. DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM OR
  52. ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
