  14.        The Number Company, Incorporated MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, 
  15.        EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES
  16.        OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  19.                        REGISTERED VERSION ONLY WARRANTY:

  21.        The Number Company, Incorporated warrants the physical diskette(s) 
  22.        provided with registered versions to be free of defects in materials 
  23.        and workmanship for a period of sixty days from the date of
  24.        registration. If The Number Company, Incorporated receives 
  25.        notification within the warranty period of defects in materials or
  26.        workmanship, and such notification is determined to be correct, 
  27.        The Number Company, Incorporated will replace the defective 
  28.        diskette(s).

  30.        The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  31.        Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective
  32.        diskette(s) and shall not include or extend to any claim for or
  33.        right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to,
  34.        loss of profit, data, or use of the software, or special,
  35.        incidental, or consequential damages or other similar claims,
  36.        even if The Number Company, Incorporated has been specifically 
  37.        advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will 
  38.        The Number Company, Incorporated's liability for any damages to you 
  39.        or any other person ever exceed the lower of suggested list price 
  40.        or actual price paid for the license to use the software, regardless 
  41.        of any form of the claim.
