  3.                        The MonetaArbor LICENSE

  6.      MonetaArbor is not public domain software, nor is it free
  7.      software.
  8.  
  9.      MonetaArbor is copyright (C)1996, The Number Company, Incorporated. 
  10.  
  11.      Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use the 
  12.      MonetaArbor on a trial basis for the purpose of determining 
  13.      whether the MonetaArbor is suitable for their needs. Use of 
  14.      the MonetaArbor, except for this limited purpose, requires 
  15.      registration. Use of non-registered copies of the MonetaArbor 
  16.      by any person, business, corporation, governmental agency or other 
  17.      entity or institution is strictly forbidden.

  19.      Registration grants a user the right to use the MonetaArbor 
  20.      only on a single computer; a registered user may use the program on  
  21.      a different computer, but may not use the program on more than one  
  22.      computer at the same time.

  24.      No one may modify the MonetaArbor in any way, including but not 
  25.      limited to decompiling, disassembling or otherwise reverse engineering 
  26.      the program.

  28.      All users are granted a limited license to copy the MonetaArbor only 
  29.      for the trial use of others subject to the above limitations, and  
  30.      also the following:

  32.           MonetaArbor must be copied in unmodified form, complete 
  33.           with the file containing license and ordering information.

  35.           The full MonetaArbor documentation must be included with 
  36.           the copy.

  38.           No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or
  39.           requested by any licensee.

  41.      Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
  42.      the MonetaArbor for downloading by their users only as long 
  43.      as the above conditions are met.

  45.      Distributors of public domain or user supported software may
  46.      distribute copies of the MonetaArbor subject to the above 
  47.      conditions.
