Welcome to the AlarmPro beta.  I'm posting this to allow as many
people as possible the opportunity to see what is new for AlarmPro
and to help me make it the best product possible.  I'm sure there
are a lot of additional features wanted and please send me suggestions.
However for now I'm mostly concerned with making sure what features
are there work correctly so if you try the program please focus on
problems.  If you are an existing AlarmPro user this program will
work as a registered program on your computer.  If you are not a
registered user AlarmPro will function for 60 days.

This is an early beta of AlarmPro 2.0.  It is feature complete except
for some clipboard features.  The help has not been updated yet and no
installation has been written at this time.  To install it do the
following:

Rename your existing AlarmPro directory and create a new one with
the original name.  Copy all the files in this zip file into the
new directory.  Next copy all the *.PBD, *.PBT, and *.PBN files
from the original directory into the new directory.  Run the program
APUPGRAD.EXE to create the new Dbase 4 compatible contact files
from the original contact files.  You are now ready to run AlarmPro
and test the features.  The conversion program does not handle the
ToDo and Event files yet.  The changes are so drastic I'm not sure
that this will be possible in the final release so any suggestions on
which file (the event or todo) is most important to convert would
be appreciated.

The help has not been worked on with this test release however most
features are fairly simple and there should be no major problems.
