  4. Personal Cards is the designed to let you store text information in a convient 
  5. "free" form with easy retrieval. Its intended use is as a VERY easy to use 
  6. phone directory. Your use of it is strictly up to you. 
  7.  
  8.  
  9. ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 2. Register ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
  10.  
  11. The registered version is exactly the same in function but will handle up to 
  12. 500 cards. Be sure it enquire about "Personal Calendar" which is currently 
  13. under development.

  15. Register by sending $25 Canadian to the following address:

  43. The Options menu contains commands that you use to set the colors and fonts 
  44. used in the cards. The following commands appear in the Option menu: 
  45.  
  46. Colors         Set the colors used in the notebook. 
  47.  
  48. Fonts          Set the font used by the notebook.

  53.  You can use this option to change the colors used by the cards.

  63. The File menu contains commands that you use to create, open, and save data 
  64. files. In addition, it also contains the command that you use to exit Personal 
  65. Cards. The following commands appear in the File menu:

  67. New            Creates a new untitled file 
  68.  
  69. Open           Opens an existing file 
  70.  
  71. Save           Saves any changes to current file 
  72.  
  73. Save As        Saves the current file using a new name 
  74.  
  75. Exit           Quits Personal Cards

  80.  You can create a new file in Personal Cards window by using the New command. 
  81. To create a new file, do the following:

  83. o Select the File menu and choose the New command.

  85.  The word "Untitled" appears in the title bar of the new file.

  90. You can open a file that exists on any drive or in any directory by using the 
  91. Open command. To open a file, do the following:

  93. o Select the File menu and choose the Open command.

  95. A dialog box appears, showing you a list of files in the current directory.

  100. You use the Save command to save changes you've made to your file. To save 
  101. changes to the current file, do the following:

  108. You use the Save As command to name and save a new file.

  220.        editing.  A file must have a title to be saved.

  466. Note:  You can change or add to this after you have created the card. Simply 
  467. click on the card and make any changes you like.

  473. Backgroud Deck      Selects the color of the window behind the deck. 
  474. Foreground Card     Selects the color of the text on the cards and the tabs. 
  475. Background Card     Selects the background color of the cards and the tabs. 
  476. Apply               Updates the card window with the currently selected colors.
