Please feel free to make as many copies as you like and share this
program, but do not sell or modify this program in any way.
When "Hourly Chime" is checked, a short tune will play on the hour
followed by beeps counting the hour.
The alarms will run another program at the time set by the user. To set
one of the 8 alarms, click on the alarm color under the the menu "Alarm"
and fill in the appropriate information in the dialog window.
1) The Description can be anything the user needs to identify the alarm.
2) Alarm types: Date - Fill in date and time (24 hr).
Monthly - Fill in Day of Month and time (24 hr).
Weekly - Fill in Day of Week and time (24 hr).
Daily - Fill in time (24 hr).
Elapsed - Fill in time (up to 24 hrs).
3) Enter program path and filename.
4) Enter program parameters (command line arguments).
5) Enable sets alarm, Disable turns it off and Cancel exits without
making changes. When an alarm is set it is checked in the menu.
All alarm information is saved in the file "chrono.dat" which is created
if it doesn't exist.
