  13. DESCRIPTION

  15. Starting Encarta in VGA mode with the Diamond Viper adapter installed 
  16. causes video corruption.
  17.  
  18. RESOLUTION
  19.  
  20. Microsoft Encarta does not work in VGA mode with the Viper video 
  21. adapter. Obtain the latest version of the Viper drivers from Diamond; 
  22. then follow their instructions for installing SVGA. Encarta then should 
  23. work.

  25. Note:  The OS/2 Support Center does not support the Viper drivers.
  26.        Diamond provides the support.
