  13. DESCRIPTION

  15. Unable to print envelopes using OMNI.DRV on a Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 
  16. 500 Printer with Describe 5.0.
  17.  
  18. RESOLUTION
  19.  
  20. 1. In Describe 5.0, select File
  21. 2. Select Printer Setup
  22. 3. Select Change Properties box and then select C10 Envelopes
  23. 4. Select OK
  24. 5. Select Utilities and then select Envelope
  25. 6. Select Print
  26. 7. Select C10 Printer for Form Definition 
  27.  
  28.    Note: Form definition will default back to Letter form afterwards.

  30. 8. On the HP DeskJet 500 Printer press the Up Arrow and Down Arrow keys
  31.    at the same time to feed the envelope through the printer.
