  9. XR0A037 contains a code fix for the OS/2 problem reported to the IBM
  10. OS/2 Support Center.
  11.  
  12. If you have problems after installing the fix package, call
  13. 1-800-992-4777 and use your existing PMR number.
  14.  
  15. You do not need to call back if the problem is corrected after
  16. you install the fix package.

  19. REQUIREMENTS:
  20.  
  21. One of the following:
  22.  
  23.  -  OS/2 2.1 with XR06200 ServicPak installed.
  24.  -  OS/2 2.11
  25.  
  26.  
  27. The following APARS are included:

  29. PJ09132  PJ09229  PJ11857  PJ12190  PJ12433  PJ12517  PJ13236
  30.  
  31. Note:  For PJ11857 problems, you may end up with a trap000d or
  32. trap000e in a device driver in place of the trap0008.  This is
  33. expected.

  37. To download fixpack XR0A037, call the IBM PCC BBS
  38. at (919) 517-0001 and answer the following prompts:
  39.  
  40. FIRST NAME:  BOCA
  41. LAST NAME:   OS2128
  42. PASSWORD:    BOCA28
  43.  
  44. At the Main Menu:
  45.  
  46. 1.  Type: L P and press Enter to list the private files.
  47.     The XR0A037.DSK file appears on the list.
  48.  
  49. 2.  Type:  M and press Enter to mark the files you want to
  50.     download.
  51.  
  52. 3.  Type:  A and press Enter.
  53.  
  54. 4.  Type:  Q and press Enter to quit.
  55.  
  56. 5.  Press Enter to return to main menu.
  57.  
  58. 6.  Type:  D and press Enter to download the marked files.
  59.  
  60. 7.  Type:  M and press Enter for the marked files.
  61.  
  62. 8.  Type:  A and press Enter to download the marked files.
  63.     When this is completed:

  65. 9.  Download the following files:
  66.  
  67.              BOOTDISK.1DK
  68.              BOOTDISK.2DK.
  69.  
  70.     These files are located in the public file directory on the
  71.     main file menu.  You can do a global search to find the
  72.     files.

  74. 10. Download LDF.COM to unpack the files.  It is also in the public
  75.     directory.  This file "expands" the LOADDSKF.EXE file when
  76.     it is run from an OS/2 Window or full screen.

  78. 11. When you see the message,  AutoLogoff after file transfer?
  79.     Type Y or N  and press Enter.

  81. 12. Select the correct protocol for downloading the files.
