  1. <h3> BBS.FTR </h3>
  2. This is an example of a bbs.ftr file.
  3. It's use is equivalent to "header_files" (a version in the
  4. target directory is used if available, otherwise the
  5. bbs_param_dir directory is searched for a footer_file).

  7. Two <em>special strings</eM> are manipulated by BBS:
  8. <ol> 
  9. <li>  $SERVERNAME yields the server IP name (i.e.; $SERVERNAME
  10. <li>  $DIR yields the current directory (i.e.; $DIR)
