  1. This README file of vshellft.EXE accompanies Netware Workstation For OS/2
  2. v2.01.  The following files are included for this revision:

  7. This version of vshell.sys fixes a problem wit vshell not correctly
  8. preserving the ES register in int 21 calls.  This problem presents
  9. itself in protected mode applications, most notably Win-OS2 sessions.
  10. In a Win-OS2 session, bringing up file manager with the netware.drv 
  11. driver installed would cause a General Protection Fault.  This would
  12. also occur when some Windows applications would access a network drive.
  13.  
  14. To install this version of VSHELL.SYS:
  15.  
  16. 1)    Copy VSHELL.SYS to the NETWARE directory on the OS/2 workstation's
  17. hard disk.
  18. 2)    Reboot the workstation.
