  1. Relish Net Version 2.22 Update License Agreement

  3. Read this agreement before installing this update.  Installing the update
  4. indicates that you accept the terms of this agreement.  If you do not accept
  5. or agree to these terms, do not install the update.
  6.  
  7. Copyright:  The software and documentation (Product) contained in this
  8. update are copyrighted and protected by United States and international
  9. copyright laws and international treaty provisions.  You must treat the
  10. Product like any other copyrighted material, except to the extent that this
  11. License provides to the contrary.

  13. License:  For each Product License you hold, you are licensed by Sundial
  14. Systems Corporation to use this software on one server and the authorized
  15. number of workstations at a time.  You may copy the software onto a set of
  16. diskettes for backup purposes only.  You may not reverse engineer,
  17. decompile, disassemble, or make any attempt to discover the source code of
  18. the software.

  20. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Sundial Systems
  21. Corporation.

  23. Limited Warranty:  Sundial Systems Corporation warrants that for a period of
  24. 90 days from date of receipt of the Product, the software will perform
  25. substantially in accordance with the documentation.  Under no circumstances
  26. will Sundial Systems Corporation be liable to you or any other party, for
  27. damages, including the loss of profits, savings, or other incidental or
  28. consequential damages, stemming from your use of misuse of the program -
  29. even if Sundial Systems or its authorized representative has been advised of
  30. the possibility of any such damage.  You agree that the only remedy
  31. available to you will be replacement of the Product.

  33. SUNDIAL SYSTEMS CORPORATION DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS
  34. OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
  35. MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
  36. NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.

  38. Some states do not allow limitation of how long an implied warranty lasts,
  39. so the above limitation may not apply to you.  Some states do not allow
  40. exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
  41. limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This limited warranty gives
  42. you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from
  43. state to state.

  45. U.S. Government Restricted Rights:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  46. U.S. Government is subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  47. commercial computer software under DFARS 252.227-7013 and FAR 52.227-19.
