NOTE
----
This patch is for Back Again/2 Personal Edition v3.00b only. It
cannot be used to upgrade an evaluation version or the Professional
Edition of Back Again/2. Please call (612)730-4156 if you have any
questions.
Installation
------------
Listed here are step by step instructions for applying this update
to your installed copy of Back Again/2 Personal Edition.
1) End Back Again/2 if it currently active on your system.
2) Run the BA2DEREG.CMD script in your Back Again/2 directory to
de-register the BA/2 Backup Device Workplace Shell Object.
3) Delete any existing BA/2 Backup Device Workplace Shell
objects on your system including the SCSITAPE:1, Drive A:,
and templates located in both the Back Again/2 folder as
well as the OS/2 Template folder.
4) Delete the file BA2DEV.DLL from your Back Again/2
directory. Do not delete any other files; they will be
updated as needed. If you cannot delete this file, ensure
that you have executed steps 2 and 3 above and that no
other Back Again/2 device objects exist on your system.
5) Copy the files BPPATCH.EXE and PER310.PAT to your Back
Again/2 directory (usually C:\BA2). Make sure that Back
Again/2 is not running; this patch cannot be applied if
Back Again/2 is active. At the OS/2 prompt, enter the
command
BPPATCH PER310.PAT
...and press enter.
6) When the update utility has completed, run the BA2DESK.CMD
script to update the Back Again/2 folder.
At this point your copy of Back Again/2 has been upgraded to
v3.10. Please review the new READ.ME and other online
documentation files for information about the new features present
in this version.

operating system and Back Again/2 ready. If the technical support

along with the result codes handy.
