  1. Dear DatagLANce Network Analyzer User:

  3. The Corrective Services for Version 1.20 of DatagLANce has been sent
  4. to you.  These corrective services will update your installed DatagLANce
  5. software to Version 1.21.
  6.  
  7. Support for PCWARES orders is through the DGLANCE FORUM on the
  8. IBMLAN conferencing disk ONLY.  If you want to purchase a support contract,
  9. send a note to DGNA at RALVM29 requesting such.
  10.  
  11. The installation process is:
  12.  
  13. 1. Install Version 1 Release 2 of DatagLANce if not already installed
  14.    from your installation diskettes.
  15. 2. Download the files in BINARY format to your hard disk.
  16. 3. Format two (2) 1.44 MB diskettes.
  17. 4. Issue the following command for each diskette:

  19.    LOADDSKF DGCSDDx.DSK A: /F
  20.  
  21.    where x is 1 or 2.
  22.  
  23. 5. Place Corrective Services Diskette 1 in the drive and at
  24.    an OS/2 command prompt type:
  25.  
  26.    A:SERVICE
  27.  
  28. 6. Follow the installation instructions given to you by the corrective
  29.    services program.
  30. 7. Read the README.CSD file for information about which problems these
  31.    corrective services resolve.  This file is copied to the directory
  32.    where DatagLANce is installed.
