  3. Fix package for DCAF 1.3 (APAR IC09846)

  5. This package contains the EQNCM03.DLL for DCAF 1.3.

  7. It addresses a hang problem when terminating and restarting a DCAF 1.3
  8. Target workstation.  The DCAF Target workstation does not shut down
  9. correctly after it has completed a successful session with a DCAF Controlling
  10. workstation using TCP/IP protocol.
