  21.  LP01063  Fixed DXME0MOD.SYS to set the maximum number of data blocks across
  22.           the NDIS interface to 8 (the NDIS specification says 8 is the
  23.           minimum value for this field).  This prevents transmits from failing
  24.           with a x'23' return code if an NDIS MAC driver incorrectly reports
  25.           that it supports less than 8 data blocks.

  27.  LP01064  Fixed DXME0MOD.SYS to work correctly with the Alt-Break key sequence
  28.           for PC/3270.

  30.  LP01065  Updated DXME0MOD.SYS to use the DOS function calls to set the timer
  31.           interrupt vector.  This fixes a hang problem that occurs on some
  32.           ValuePoint machines when using RIPL with DXME0MOD.SYS.

  35.           problem where subsequent network statuses are not reported when the

  97.  LP01041   DXME0MOD.SYS was updated to support the X command line parameter.
  98.            This parameter forces the old Ethernet adapter type to be used for
  99.            Ethernet adapters.  The X parameter is needed to be compatible with
  100.            applications running on Ethernet that look for the old Ethernet
  101.            adapter type (such as AS/400 PC Support Version 2, Release 2 and
  102.            earlier, and Netware's LANSUP.COM).

  104.  HS00437   DXME0MOD.SYS has been updated to NOT issue a ResetMAC to the MAC
  105.            driver on DIR.INITIALIZE.  It has also been updated so that a
  106.            CloseAdapter request will not be issued to the MAC driver for
  107.            DIR.CLOSE.ADAPTER or DIR.INITIALIZE.  This allows coexistence with
  108.            multiple NDIS Protocol Stacks.
