  18. This patch is provided as a ZIP file.  Unpack the file, and replace
  19. the like-named files in your installation.
  20.  
  21. This patch fixes miscellaneous runtime library problems, and brings the
  22. debugger, CPPFILT, and munch utilities up to the latest level.
  23.  
  24. If you want to use C Set++ Firststep Tools or code generated by it on
  25. OS/2 Warp, you must install this set of fixes.
