  2. Problem Description:
  3. INCOMPATIBILITY BETWEEN 2.1 FDISK and previous versions of the 
  4. product.

  7. FIX FOR GA LEVEL OF OS/2 2.1     
  8.  
  9. NOTE: This is a temporary fix. Customer should go to the next 
  10.       Service Pack when it becomes available.     
  11.       If you are putting this in a production environment, apply  
  12.       to a test machine first.
  13.       YOU MUST use the supplied INSTALL.CMD for installation.
  14.       In order for future fixes you must keep the MODULE.LOG and 
  15.       OS2DASD.BAK files where INSTALL.CMD places them. DO NOT 
  16.       move or delete these files, they are necessary for future
  17.       fixes that you may receive.

  20. Updated Modules:
  21. OS2DASD.DMD

  23.     To install this fix you must have about 2.5 MB on the drive OS/2
  24.      is installed on, follow these steps :
  25.  
  26.     1. Boot your system with the OS/2 2.1 Installation Diskette.
  27.  
  28.     2. Insert DISK1, when prompted to continue or ESC, press the ESC key.
  29.  
  30.     3. Remove the Installation from drive A.
  31.  
  32.     4. Insert FIX diskette in drive A.
  33.  
  34.     5.  Type INSTALL C: (or OS/2 system drive) A: (Fix diskette)
