* :abs.NOTE -- This is a US ONLY FIX!!!
*
* With all fixes IBM makes available, we recommend that unless you know
* you have a problem addressed by one of these fixes--and you require a
* fix for that problem in order to effectively utilize your system--that
* you continue to use your OS/2 system at its present level.
*
* NOTE: This fix will apply to the US version only.
*
* The problems addressed by the fix packages are as follows:
*
* PROBLEM REPORTED APAR #
* ----------------------------------------------- -------
*
* "Additional duplicate desktop folder is created PJ12398
* at each reboot." This is a low severity
* problem that results from using RESTART
* OBJECTS (specified in CONFIG.SYS). Customers
* will notice that, upon rebooting their system,
* they will have a duplicate desktop folder.
* This folder can be easily, manually closed
* with no further customer impact.
*
* "Closing applications results in cross-hatched PJ11814
* icons." After an application terminates, the PJ12544
* cross-hatching (which indicates the application
* is executing) should disappear. Intermittently,
* this is not happening. Despite the cross-
* hatching problem, the applications close
* successfully and the customer's work is not
* interrupted. The cross-hatching disappears
* upon re-boot.
*
* "System hangs upon exiting Forbrowse." PJ13370
* This problem results in a Trap D and is a
* high-severity problem. However, it only
* affects customers running Forbrowse.
* Customers who are not running Forbrowse have
* not reported this problem.
*
* "Workplace logon shows on first boot on remote PJ13647
* IPL client." This very low severity problem
* only affects client workstations that are
* being remotely IPL'ed from a server. If a user
* clicks on an object, the logon disappears.
* There is no further customer impact from this
* problem.
