  11. * you have a problem addressed by one of these fixes--and you require a
  12. * fix for that problem in order to effectively utilize your system--that
  13. * you continue to use your OS/2 system at its present level.

  23. * This problem disables kernel tracing.
  24. * Customers will not experience this problem

  28. * problem was submitted by the IBM Service
  29. * organization.  IBM Service uses this
  30. * capability when performing problem
  31. * determination on customers' systems.

  33. * "Swapper file does not shrink after opening       PJ12410
  34. * command sessions and running applications."
  35. * This is a recommended fix for those customers
  36. * who are frequently warned about their swapper
  37. * space.  This typically would affect customers
  38. * who are running multiple applications in a
  39. * memory constrained environment.  Customers
  40. * who do not fit this profile are not impacted.
  41. *
  42. * "Launching WINOS/2 MS Word 6.0/6.0A or DOS        PJ12465
  43. * Freelance Graphics 4 disconnects users from
  44. * their server."  This is a recommended fix for
  45. * customers who are running MS Word 6.0/6.0A or
  46. * DOS Freelance Graphics 4 on their client
  47. * workstation in a LAN environment where
  48. * their system is connected to a server system.
  49. *
  50. * "On FAT file systems, RECOVER adversely           PJ13645
  51. * affects the file or directory it is
  52. * performed on."  This problem affects people
  53. * who are trouble shooting defective sectors
  54. * on their hard drive and, as a result of
  55. * disk corruption, are attempting to recover
  56. * their files.  Customers who are not attempting
  57. * to recover corrupted files are unaffected.
  58. * This is a recommended fix for customers
  59. * who are attempting to recover corrupted files.
