  1. dBOrganiser: A Database Management Tool for
  2. operations as import, export, attach, rename and delete. Its split
  3. window enables you to view the tables and queries contained in 'Your
  4. Database' alongside those contained in another database. This 'Other
  5. Database' may be a Jet database or an external database. The Jet
  6. database engine is used by such applications as Microsoft Access.

  8. External databases can be Dbase, FoxPro, Paradox, Btrieve, Text, Excel,
  9. SQL Server, ODBC databases and many others.
  10. dBOrganiser also includes some powerful database utilities that allow you
  11. to backup, repair, compact or convert a Jet database from an earlier to a
  12. later version.

  14. dBOrganiser is designed to be used both as a stand alone application,
  15. suitable for the database user or developer, as well as a Jet database
  16. application add-on. As an add-on it extends the capabilities of any
  17. application, such as a Visual Basic application. Adding dBOrganiser
  18. features, such as exporting to other applications (eg Microsoft Excel),
  19. to an existing database application, gives the developer greater
  20. functionality, with a focus on user-friendliness, at a minimal cost.
